鄭州阿姆利特機(jī)械制造纖維水泥瓦設(shè)備四工位瓦板一體機(jī)阿姆利特機(jī)械該產(chǎn)品是我廠憑著從事復(fù)合纖維板材設(shè)備的豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)，及匯集國內(nèi)、同類產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)，自行研制開發(fā)而成，是生產(chǎn)石棉瓦生產(chǎn)線設(shè)備、硅酸鈣板生產(chǎn)線設(shè)備、水泥纖維板生產(chǎn)線設(shè)備纖維水泥板生產(chǎn)線設(shè)備等瓦板設(shè)備。主要特點(diǎn)為：采用PLC自動控制，氣動原理，自動化程度高，人員使用少，每班只需要7人即可正常生產(chǎn)，整機(jī)設(shè)計合理，造型美觀，使用維護(hù)方便。
控制由三菱可編程序控制器SX2N-64MB、松下小型變頻器VF-8Z、VFO等元件組成，整個程序動作由PLC控制。該控制具有自動、調(diào)試、手動功能，有一模叁瓦、一模兩瓦、一模一瓦及脊瓦程序選擇，同時還有程序、過熱、過流等多種保護(hù)，使用。性能，運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定，度高，產(chǎn)品合格率高是該機(jī)的特點(diǎn)，歡迎您選擇使用真空復(fù)合纖維板設(shè)備成型機(jī).
鄭州阿姆利特機(jī)械制造纖維水泥瓦設(shè)備四工位瓦板一體機(jī) ZK4-1280型真空成型機(jī)是制造復(fù)合瓦板目前的設(shè)備，該設(shè)備采用流水線生產(chǎn)作業(yè)，自動化程度高，操作簡單。全條生產(chǎn)線長60米，寬4.8米，高3.6米，需要7-9名工人操作，總功率139千瓦，每天（24小時）可以生產(chǎn)3600片復(fù)合纖維瓦板，年產(chǎn)量在100萬片左右。
生產(chǎn)線需要建一個長70米，寬16米，高6米的生產(chǎn)車間，廠房面積不低于1000平米。
全部設(shè)備需要3個40英尺的貨柜，主機(jī)設(shè)備總重量48噸左右，如果出口需要鐵路運(yùn)輸或者海運(yùn)。
