UPE耐磨軸套防腐蝕軸套專業(yè)定制pe軸套是熱塑性工程塑料，結合了所有塑料的優(yōu)越性能。機械性能高于高密度聚乙烯，具有突出的耐磨損，抗沖擊性，抗低溫磨損系數(shù)小，耐應力開裂性，耐高溫蠕變性，低摩擦系數(shù)，自潤滑性， 的耐化學腐蝕性，噪音阻尼性，耐核輻射性等優(yōu)良性能。
聚乙烯耐磨軸套的特點：
1.耐磨性居塑料之首，比尼龍66和聚四氟乙烯高4倍，比碳鋼高6倍；
2.沖擊強度列塑料 ，為PC的2倍，ABS的5倍，且能在液氮溫度（－196℃）下保持高韌性；
3.自潤滑性與聚四氟乙烯相當，
4.沖擊能吸收值在所有塑料中為高值，消音效果很好；
5.化學穩(wěn)定性很高，在一定溫度和濃度范圍內能耐各種腐蝕介質及有機介質的作用。
6.抗粘附能力極強，僅次于聚四氟乙烯；
7.完全衛(wèi)生無毒，可用于接觸食品和藥物；
8.密度在所有工程塑料中小，比聚四氟乙烯輕56％。
9.耐低溫性能良好，零下256度 各項性能不發(fā)生變化，熔點是136度，熱變形溫度是85度左右。
