一.【用途 Application】：
適應于生產(chǎn)鐵氟龍(氟塑料)耐高溫、電線、套管、各類薄皮絕緣多層押出、局域纜數(shù)據(jù)纜芯線押出、外被押出等。
Adapted to the production of Teflon (fluoroplastics) high temperature, wire, casing, all kinds of thin-skinned insulation multi-layered extrusion, local cable data cable core extrusion, and other out of the deduction.
二.【技術特點 Technique Feature】：
1.適應于FEP(聚全氟乙丙烯、又稱F46)、FPA(氧化烷氧基乙稀樹脂)及ESFE(又稱F40)等氟塑料生產(chǎn)。
2.螺桿機筒:均采用新3號鋼GH113(同美國GDA材質(zhì))耐腐蝕耐高溫或采用進口哈氏金鋼C-276。
3.機頭:采用新3號金鋼GH113材質(zhì)的專用免調(diào)機頭或可調(diào)機頭或采用瑞士進口Microdia機頭、抽真空裝置。
4.加熱系統(tǒng):采用耐高溫的鑄銅合金加熱器。
5.品質(zhì)控制:配備外徑檢測反饋裝置、日本TAKIKAWA凹凸檢測儀全程控制產(chǎn)品的外徑、英國BETA水電容測試儀、高頻火花機及同心度等工藝參數(shù)。
1.It is suitable for the production of fluoroplastics such as FEP (polyfluoroethylene-propylene, also known as F46), FPA (oxidized alkoxyethylene resin) and ESFE (also known as F40).
2.Screw barrel: all adopts the new No. 3 steel GH113 (same as the GDA material of theUnited States) and it is resistant to corrosion and high temperature, or it adopts imported Hasbloy C-276.
3.Machine head: The new No. 3 GM steel GH113 material special-purpose head or adjustable head orSwitzerlandimported Microdia head, vacuum device.
4.Heating system: High temperature resistant cast copper alloy heater.
Quality Control: equipped with outer diameter detection feedback device, Japan TAKIKAWA bump detector full control product outside diameter, the British BETA water capacitor tester, high frequency spark machine and concentricity and other process beters.
